when is evasive Maneuvers paid for

At the start of a new turn you have the option to continue evasive Maneuvers or to stop them. Exactly when in the energy allocation phase is evasive maneuvers paid for.

Welcome to the forums, Nicole. I'm not sure about that one, I think it's when you pay for Baseline Speed, but I'm sure Mike West (the official rules guy) will have an official answer.

In our group...we always announce the intent ot continue EM along with announcements of baseline speeds.
