Fed GSC?

In the new Communique, the scenario has a Fed GSC, which I presume is a Galactic Survey Cruiser. Please can someone tell me which product this is in? Thanks in advance :)

Yes, it's the Galactic Survey Cruiser. One version was in Briefing #2 from Middle Years. This version is without the sensors.

And there was the General War version in Communique #29.
