Suggested changes to mobile base X-ray scenario

I have some suggested changes to the Mobile Base X-Ray scenario.

In "Mission - Romulan:" change "capture the base" to "Capture or destroy the base" since the Romulan ship simply doesn't have enough Marines to capture the base in this scenario.

Suggest changing victory conditions as follows: "If the base is destroyed or captured, the Romulan player wins. If the rescue ship disengages or is destroyed or captured while the Romulan ship is still on the map, the base is considered destroyed. (Without a mobile defender, the Romulan will simply stand off and pound the base to scrap with its plasma torpedo.) If the Romulan ship is captured, destroyed, or disengages, the Federation player wins." Reason: this seems to have been the original intention of the scenario, but the victory conditions are confusing and the use of the point value victory conditions produce odd results.

Sounds good to me! Makes sense. That is why in my previous encounter, the DW was crippled and forced to disengage. Same result.
