Federation Commander

First of all, a bit of background. I'm in the military, stationed overseas. I only have access to the internet at work, so a game might take A WHILE. That being said, would anyone like to start a game? And how would we do that once I have an oponet?

As for moderators... I've been the only one recently and I'm currently running three games. And that's about my limit.
