Has this been canceled or suspended? The VBam site doesn't seem to be very active?

We're still working on it, but
1. it's a huge project
2. The theory that it was "place and print" didn't work out. The guys at VBAM thought they could do whatever, and didn't realize that what they did had to fiti nto SFU, which meant most of what they did had to be done over.
It's a slow process. The plan is to "do a few pages a week and see when we reach critical mass and then schedule it for publication."
