At any point, will there be a product containing cards for the various Juggernaut ships in Captain's Log #41? Those things rock.

There's a virtual card for one of the Juggernaut variants in the latest Communique. If you're talking about printed ship cards, I'm doubtful there'd be enough demand to justify it. They are pretty cool ships, I agree.
