Phaser Range

I am curious to know the range of a phaser pistol, phaser rifle, disruptor pistol and disruptor rifle in PD or GURPS. I am trying to calculate the range for a 15mm miniature. Thanks.

Phaser-1 range = 50/100
Phaser-2 range = 200/500
Phaser Rifle range = 500/1000
Disruptor Pistol range = 300/600
Disruptor Rifle range = 600/1200

I assume that is half damage range and maximum range.

Thanks. Are they meters, feet, yards?

I am surprised the disruptor has a longer range.

If it is GURPS, it is probably yards.
