Couple of Questions

Been away from the forums for a while (oh the joys of organizing a Con), and had two questions:

1) There was some discussion regarding cloaking rules and possibly tweaking them. What ever came of the discussion?

2) While waiting for Federation Admiral, does anyone have a set of campaign rules they can point me to that work well?
