Federation Commander

I picked up a lot of SFBF cards recently with a view to running a multi-player FS type campaign over the course of four days of an upcoming convention, but using SFBF to resolve the combats.

Anyway, to cut a long story short the blurb in the store says the rules for the planet and base cards can be downloaded from the website. I can't find them for the life of me. Can anyone help me out here?

I was looking here - http://www.starfleetgames.com/sfb/sfin/index.shtml - where you can see the cards but not the rules.
