1. If a seeking weapon impacts a shield that is "down" due to previous damage (or otherwise), is it still subject to the defensive fire procedure, or does it do its damage immediately?
2. True or False: The only phasers that can be used against an impacted seeking weapon are those which can fire through the shield that was impacted.
3. A plasma torpedo loses one pt of warhead strength per two pts of phaser damage. If a plasma is hit by a 5 pt volley, is the odd pt of damage saved or discarded? For instance, if it is hit by a 5 pt volley, then another 5 pt volley later, does it lose 4 or 5 pts of warhead strength?
The last one is a little complicated, so I'll post it separately.

1. Defensive fire still occurs. A down shield doesn't stop that.
2. True
3. The odd point carries over. Basically, a 5 point volley inflicts a 2.5 point reduction of the plasma warhead. That .5 point doesn't have an effect, but it is still there, so if another 5 point volley is done (for a total of 10 points of phaser damage), the plasma warhead ends up with a total reduction of 5 points.
