Can you use target drones with plasma torpedoes?

Yes, (4F5c). But I hope you use PL-Ds instead of PL-Fs or larger. ;)

Well, that is part of the point of the plasma-D, right? To give plasma ships more point defense other than Ph-3s, since they don't have ADDs or their own drones.
