In the background of the Pegasus class of ships the transition ship between the PGV and PFT was not done. There should be a PGVH (PGH?), a heavy fighter carrying Pegasus. This would have 6 heavy fighters replacing the 12 regular fighters. Note that this not the same as the above conversation of Heavy Fighter Tenders as the Guilds did not share weapon developments with each other very well.

The Hydran Guilds would have produced at least one of these off map before PFs came out as part of their support of the war effort and may have produced more if wanted, however the production facilities were limited to 1 Pegasus a YEAR regardless of variant.
