The A-20F is a formidable fighter but, except for the X-tech HVX, the cruiser-based carriers for it have great difficulty rearming the fighters due to power limitations. And DN-based carriers are in short supply. The BCK is an attempt to provide an improved cruiser-based carrier to support A-20F operations. It is based on the F-14 carrying BCV, but is instead configured to carry 6 A-20F heavy fighters. The other change from the BCV is that drone racks 3 and 4 (the B-racks, not the G-racks) are converted to AWR. This gives it slightly less integral firepower than the BCV, but slightly more total power.

Honestly, with the F-111 and F-101, I am not sure the Federation needs any additional A-20 platforms. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
