If I were designing it, I would take the Pegasus light cruiser, convert wing fusions to gatlings with same arcs, convert hull hellbores and fusions to Phaser-2 with FA arcs, add aegis

I was thinking of this as a post-Y175 design following the apparent failure of the conventional Pegagus light cruiser, so I think it should include full aegis....the Guilds after all want government shipyard contracts and full aegis would be a selling point.
