I don't think they are currently playing FC on Thursdays currently. That said, its not something that couldn't be set up.

I would like to see Fed Com and SFB set up on the main gaming floor instead of the separate room on the 2nd floor so more people could watch the game play. So I was about to dip one of my minis in the stripper to strip off the paint and wound up dropping it on the floor. The base broke off where the post goes into the bottom of the ship.

Anyone have any great ideas for building a stronger base?

I've seen several different Klingon fleets, some have used a blue-green base, others gray, and still others green. What is their traditional or canon base color?

I might be able to swing a trip sometime to STL. I'm just too darn busy all the time with the kids. But... I've got the 8 year old excited about picking up a Klingon ship later this week so we can paint it. Working on a Fed CA with him tonight.

Third: Impulses. Impulse-based games certainly take a while to get used to if you haven't played with them before, and keeping track of which impulse you're in takes some work, but I do like the flexibility it gives you in the ability to fire at any point in your movement.

How did you determine the size of details?

I am going to dip my toe into the minis for FC. I have done plenty of Battletech minis in the past, so I have no problem with the painting, basing, or priming of the mini.
