Captain's Log Supplementals

I found the CL supplemental from CL 38. I have picked up through trades CL 33 and 35. Are there supplementals for these issues, also? If I buy more CLs, does this allow me to access the associated Supplementals (if they exist?) I don't want to violate any copyrights.

That was the first CL supplemental, but I certainly hope it's not the last.

There are "Designers Notes" for 35 and 36, but that's not the same thing. They're still an interesting read though, and they cover a little bit of the same ground.
