At this point...
all of the "laminated" cards have been sent to Paul except some of the battleships, which are being sent one per day.
I have sent all 72 Briefing 2 ships and nearly a dozen "other" ships (randomly from communique, briefing #1, Captain's log, and some I just did because I wanted to do them). This includes some Borders of Madness stuff (a few carriers, scouts, and maulers).
I have a file folder with 72 "sides" in it, and I do three or four of those per day, then send Paul at least one ship (two sides) per day. I usually do these in more or less random order (sort of making a game out of it), but I do take requests.

Lancer: In FCHA and not yet available. (Remember that I agreed to release one and only one ship from FCHA and you guys voted for the Hunter.)
G2: That one I have in the misc bin and will try to move it up to the jpg bin.
Tartar: In FCHA and not yet available. (ibid)
Armed freighters: I have squadron scales in the misc bin; if I remember, I'll send them over to jpgs soon, but if I forget, they'll get done in the next month or two. I don't think we ever did fleet scales.

Ships sent to FCOL on 22 Aug: Kzinti battleship (both), large armed freighter (sq), Romulan KD5R (both).
The ships in the old communiques are old, before playtesting and other work. The new ones for FCHA aren't "finalized" yet, and I don't release unfinalized cards to FCOL (just to the staff who test them). Sending unfinalized cards to FCOL is a bad idea, as they contain as yet undetected and uncorrected errors, cause no end of mayhem, and have to be replaced later.
Somebody asked how I pick the ship of the day. It's like this.
1. After doing the BBS, and before coming to the Forum where I post it, I go look in the jpg bin for resized jpgs, pick some, send them to Paul.
2. I go to the EPS bin, and do the top card-side, the bottom one, and a third by counting up from the bottom by a number of card-sides equal to the date (in this case, the 22nd file from the bottom). These are exported to the jpg file.
3. I go back to the jpg file and look for matching pairs of card sides and resize them, making them eligible for the selection step #1 tomorrow.
4. If there is a request, I move the request ship to the top of the file so it will be snagged tomorrow.

Ships sent to FCOL on 23 Aug:
Gorn Battleship (Fleet),
Gorn HDD Leader (both scales),
small armed freighter (squadron)
Everything in communique is already in the "to be done" bin of eps files and will get done sooner or later.
The booster 91 ship cards won't be sent to FCOL for a couple of months yet.
You got your request already, Pinecone, so it's time to let somebody else make a request.

Ships sent to FCOL on 24 Aug: Gorn battleship (squadron), Klingon D6M squadron, Romulan Vulture (both scales). I have to force myself to just do a few cards per day as I have other things to do. Qued up and ready for shipment are the Neo-Tholian BB, the Klingon D5D and E5E and G2 and D6V, and the Romulan King Falcon and SparrowHawk-B carrier.
Pinecone; when you do all of the work, you encourage everyone else to be lazy. I need to know if there are more people who want ships than just you.

Ships sent to FCOL on 25 Aug: Neo-Tholian battleship (fleet), Klingon D5D (both), Romulan Falcon (squadron).
I doing my random processing of EPS files into JPG files, the three day were the first half of the TK5, the second half of the E7J, and the singleton fleet large freighter.
There are 46 eligible cards that I haven't processed yet.
By the time I finish those, it will be time to do the B91 ships.
Later this fall, we'll publish FCHA and their ships should go on the client before Thanksgiving.
